Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Installation services are not eligible for return once work has commenced.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@pryxthelmyghon.world with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
